Simple as ABC

(A) Initial Registration of Licensee
This is on demand to all those wishing to print Contra Vision® ORS™ and/or Contra Vision® BACKLITE ORS™ Licensed Products. No company will be rejected from licensing unless at some point they are considered not to have fulfilled the obligations of being a Contra Vision Licensee. Licensee Registration gains access to the simple know-how of making these Licensed Products according to our Overlap Registration System™. No upfront money is payable to become a Licensee. Following registration, the licensee receives a Licensee Code and can use their confidential password to access the know-how and other stages, as follows.

(B) Job Registration and Royalty Payment
Before printing each Job, a minimum amount of information is provided by you to enable the calculation of the royalty payable by you to Contra Vision and the royalty payable by us to another party, and the supply to you of the "Total Job Code" to be incorporated into the actual, printed Licensed Product.

A commitment is made by you to pay the appropriate royalty to us for each Job, payment not being transferred to us until 45 days later.

(C) Ongoing Capability to Access Information
Licensees will have access to their complete account history at any time, accessible under the My Account menu log in.

More detailed information on the licensing process, the patents and trademarks being licensed and the production process know-how will be made following the Licensee Registration.
